Fees

£55 per counselling hour (50mins) for individual private therapy face to face or online.

I believe that access to therapy should be available to those who need it, so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for people experiencing financial difficulty, students and those in training. Please feel free to discuss this with me if cost is a concern.

Consent and Confidentiality

In our first session you will be asked to complete a consent form which includes your emergency details. 

What we talk about in sessions is confidential. However, if there were any reason for us to become worried about your safety or the safety of others around you we may need to contact your GP or other emergency services. Where possible we would always try and speak to you about this first.

Our therapy space is completely judgment-free, offering you a safe and supportive place where you can feel truly heard

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please wherever possible give at least 48 hours notice.
